Our stylist was nice enough but seemed a little miserable & didn't really smile. Not what I imagined for a kids hair salon. The Staff didn't seem to enjoy their jobs at all. Another customer actually handed us one, when the staff couldn't be bothered to assist us. Also, every kid was offered a lollipop except us. My kid asked politely for a different toy, and she just ignored us. When my child finished the hair cut & excited for the prize, everyone else got harmonicas yet on my child's turn, the receptionist put a mini clear rubber duck through the toy machine, it had lost its air &was 1/2 flat.
